Please note, if you’re a homeowner, you’re responsible for treating any damp and/or mould in your home.

Emergency (severe mould or vulnerable customers) - make safe within 24 hours.

Serious issues such as persistent damp or poor ventilation - must be investigated within 10 working days either in person or remotely.

We keep customers informed within 3 working days of the investigation and send a written summary explaining the cause and action plan.

Safety related repairs must be completed within 5 working days of the investigation, if full repairs cannot be fixed within 5 days, the works must begin within 12 weeks.
