With approximately four rounds each year, grants of up to £1000 are available.

Grants of up to £2000 are available to our residents and community groups, to improve the places and spaces that matter most to our communities.

Supported Housing customers can apply for this grant for projects and other improvements that benefit (the majority of) residents at a scheme/service, such as garden furniture, day trips and parties.
Neighbourhood improvement fund
The Neighbourhood Improvement Fund (NIF) is a fund of money that residents can apply for to make improvements within an estate/block. The NIF is only available for COMMUNAL improvements that would be to the benefit of all residents. The neighbourhood officer would obtain quotes once the application is received. NIF projects need to be supported by more than 50% of residents before being sent to a customer-led panel. The panel will then decide which applications to approve.
