We’re always looking for customers to get involved with shaping and improving the services we deliver.

As part of our Customer Involvement Programme, you can sign-up to take part in a range of activities.

This could involve, for example, providing feedback on specific topics, reviewing our services and assessing our performance.

You don’t need any previous experience to get involved, just a desire to improve our services and make a difference.

Getting involved is also a great way to meet new people, gain valuable experience, and boost your work-related skills.

How do I sign up?

If you’re interested in getting involved, please complete our short online registration form.

Once you’ve given us your details, our team will contact you within 10 working days to talk you through the different ways to get involved.

What type of roles are on offer?

There’s a range of ways to get involved. We’ll match you with opportunities that suit your interests, skills and the time you have available. The roles we have include:

  • Taking part in surveys
  • Providing feedback on a specific topic or service
  • Inspecting our annual self-assessment of our performance against standards set by our regulator
  • Reviewing our policies
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks on our work.

We’ll also provide opportunities for you to access relevant training, attend conferences and networking opportunities.

What experience do I need to have?

You don’t need any previous experience to join us. You simply need to be an A2Dominion customer. Our customer involvement opportunities are open to all.
