How to improve your chances of finding a new home

We will do our best to help you find a new home, but it's important to remember that secure, affordable housing is in high demand and we are required to supply a majority of our vacant properties to local authorities.

To give you a better chance of finding the right new home, we recommend:

  • Apply to as many schemes as possible
  • Broaden your search to include as many areas and types of property as you can
  • Make sure your registrations on the schemes stay up to date and check for new properties regularly
