We'll usually give you at least 4 weeks' notice in writing to tell you about any change to your rent or service charges.
If you're unhappy with the change to your rent, you can appeal against it. Get in touch to find out how you can do this.
If the change is going to make it difficult for you to stay in your home, speak to one of our tenancy sustainment officers. We may be able to help you.
You don't need to make any changes to your Direct Debit with us, it will update automatically with the new amount that you will be charged. However, you will still need to check that this has been done correctly and that you are paying us the correct amount.
