- Turn off the gas supply at the meter.
- Check if a gas tap has been left on or if a pilot light has gone out on your cooker or boiler.
- Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
- Open the windows and doors.
- Don't use any electric switches or anything with a spark or flame.
- Let us know by calling 0800 432 0077 or 0800 316 9880 out of hours.
Engineers from the National Gas Emergency Service will come and check your home for free.
