When people are rude it can be upsetting. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about rude neighbours. If they give you short answers or look grumpy when you say hi, that's their right. They may be having a tough time, have mental health issues or just do things differently to you.
However, if they repeatedly threaten, intimidate or verbally abuse you, you can report it to us as harassment.
And, if they're causing you other problems - like being unreasonably noisy or damaging your belongings - you can report it as anti-social behaviour.
