Evicting someone is a last resort and it can take years.
We need to prove that we've done everything we can to sort out the problem before we go to court. This may include offering mediation, sending warnings or applying for an injunction. We also have to show that we have offered support to the person causing the issue if they need it. When we apply to court, a judge will need to be satisfied with evidence that the behaviour warrants an eviction from their home.
