Before reporting anti-social behaviour, it's important to understand what you can and cannot report as ASB.
Whether you’re an A2Dominion customer or not; if you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB), the quickest way to do this is online. Log in or register for My Account to report a new issue or update us on an existing case.

Please don't email us to report anti-social behaviour as this may delay your report getting to the right team and could delay us from helping you.
What should I do next?
Keep a record of all incidents. Write down the details and share them with us regularly. This information is important as it can be used to support any action we take against the person you've reported. You can:
- Report each incident through My Account when it happens, or
- Download incident diary forms and send them to us. You can also ask us for the forms.
If you think other neighbours may also have information about an incident, encourage them to report it too. We may also talk to them about it.
