  • Arrange a visit from our maintenance team to check the property
  • Take meter readings for your gas, water and electricity and tell your suppliers you're moving out
  • Tell your telephone or internet company you're moving out
  • Give us your forwarding address

To avoid any extra charges you need to:

  • Return your door and window keys, fobs, parking permits, meter cupboard keys and gas/electric payment cards to us
  • Remove any of your furniture, personal possessions, carpets and rubbish
  • Repair any damage you may have caused (Check what repairs you're responsible for)
  • Leave the property clean and fit to rent to new tenants
  • Make sure your rent is all paid

We'll tell you where to leave the keys in our letter confirming your moving out date. You will usually have to drop it off at your nearest A2Dominion office.
